Billing, shipping, and subscriber address must be within service areas associated with the location where the phone number is issued. Calling plans not available in all areas. Existing mobeo^® customers that wish to change their calling plan may be required to extend their agreement.

Press *22891 SEND (toll and airtime free) to ensure your banner and roaming indicator display accurately, and repeat this process every 90 days to ensure that your preferred roaming list remains updated. In some rare instances, dialing *22891 may alter your calling plan rate and coverage area. The accuracy of the roaming indicator on your phone cannot be guaranteed.

Charges for calls will be based on the cell sites used and the time of day at the telephone switching office that carries your call, which may be different from the time of day shown on your phone. Calling plan rates do not apply to operator-assisted or credit card calls, which may be required in certain areas. Minutes of usage are rounded up to the next full minute. Unused allowance minutes will be lost. Charges begin when you first press SEND or the call connects to a network on outgoing calls, and when the call connects to a network on incoming calls, which may be before it rings. Call times end when the call disconnects and this may be several seconds after you press END. Only calls that actually connect on the network are billed, which includes calls answered by a machine. Calls to toll-free numbers are “toll-free”, although you will be billed for airtime. Billing for airtime and some related charges may sometimes be delayed.
